Joined by her husband, Tao Ruspoli, the House hottie toted what looked to be blueprints in her arms possibly planning on a new real estate endeavor.

Meanwhile, Miss Wilde recently spoke with MTV News about nabbing Maxim magazines Hottest Woman Alive title this year.
She tells, I wouldnt appreciate this spot as much if I hadnt been down there in the negative hotness. So, negative hotness is just as important.
The 25 year old beauty adds, Im totally flattered, why not? Its very sweet. Its really cool, and it begs the questions: Whats your definition of hotness? What do you think is sexy? I think everyone has a different definition for that.
