Last week, we heard Heidi tell Audrina Patridge she was going to quit the pill, because a baby is just what Spencer needs. Spencer said no way, but told a pal via US Weekly:

The 23 year old Montag who eloped with Pratt just one year ago this month has long been vocal about her desire to have kids.
