Curiously enough, even though Lauren Conrad clearly said that she wasn't going to attend Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's infamous wedding ceremony, she did show up to celebrate with the couple. Because reality television stars are physically incapable of passing up an opportunity to pose for the paparazzi.
Or, like us, she simply felt it was something she had to see to believe.
