Paris Hilton has lived with BF Doug Reinhardt for the past five months and already the police are getting involved! Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD has received numerous noise complaints against Paris and Doug and cops are fed up. From now on, there will be tickets and arrests for breaking the laws.
