Miley Cyrus wants you to know shes not a little girl anymore. The 16 year old musician let loose at Sunday nights Teen Choice Awards performing her latest hit, Party in the USA. Miley hit the stage hard pole dancing on top of an ice cream cart in front of thousands of screaming fans. She also took home six awards including best Comedy TV Actress, Comedy TV Show and music single for The Climb.
