Miley Cyrus graces the cover of ELLE magazines August 2009 issue. The 16-year-old pop and country artist talks about her new clothing line and the difficulties of being a teen star. Cyrus has teamed up with Max Azria on a new line of clothing that is sold at Wal-Mart. She is particularly excited about the jeans. In a statement that definitely qualifies as a celebrity quote of the day, she said:

The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line. Because, like literally, this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but dont have it available.
