Lindsay Lohan and Balthazar Getty Spotted Get Cozy
Lindsay Lohan and Brothers and Sisters star Balthazar Getty were spotted at West Hollywood hot spot Voyeur Wednesday night. According to reports, Getty, 34, and Lohan, 23, were all over each other after sneaking in through the clubs backdoor. The two stayed for about half an hour before leaving around 1:30 a.m.

It should be noted that Lindz had a court appearance the very next morning for missing her mandatory alcohol classes.
Getty was most recently romantically linked to Sienna Miller, whom he began an affair with in May, 2008. He is currently separated from his wife of nine years, Rosetta Millington. The couple has four chilren.
Lohan has been involved in an on again off again relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.
