Leonardo DiCaprio Gets Into the Zone
It's Twilight time for Leonardo DiCaprio and, no, it has nothing to do with vampires. Variety reports that DiCaprio is working with Warner Bros. to create a big-screen adaptation of the classic TV series The Twilight Zone. DiCaprio has hired Rand Ravich, who directed The Astronaut's Wife and executive-produced Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, to pen the script.

Debuting in 1959, the original Twilight Zone series ran or five seasons and enthralled viewers with spooky tales of alternate realities. In 1983, Stephen Spielberg and John Landis produced and directed segments for a big-screen adaptation of the series. That particular production, which starred John Lithgow and Dan Aykroyd, was marred by a helicopter accident that claimed the life of actor Vic Morrow and two child actors.[source:celebuzz.com]
