Shes no stranger to the red carpet, and earlier today (November 5) Joss Stone was spotted hamming it up at the 2009 MTV European Music Awards. The Tell Me What Were Gonna Do Now songstress looked amazing as she posed for the paparazzi outside the O2 Arena in Berlin, Germany sporting a low cut blue and black swirly minidress teamed with a pair of black knee high boots.
