Heidi Klum is Now Heidi Samuel (PHOTOS)
A Los Angeles commissioner approved a legal name change for Heidi Klum on Friday. The 36 year old filed a court petition to take the last name of her husband Seal. From this day forward she will be officially known as Heidi Samuel.

The couple married four years ago and have three biological children, the youngest born just six weeks ago. A fourth child, daughter Leni, was born in 2004 to Klum and Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
