Hailey Glassman subpoenaed to testify against Jon Gosselin! TLC is going forward with their lawsuit against Jon, claiming breach of contract. Hailey is on the list to testify against him, as well as Michael Lohan, Jons manager and lawyer Mark and Mike Heller.

Marylands Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the networks lawyers to depose Glassman, 22, Lindsay Lohans dad Michael, 49, as well as Gosselins lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and his talent rep Matthew Kirschner.
