Over the last couple Eva Longoria posts, we've learned that she's apparently really popular in France, mainly due to her "Desperate Housewives" days & especially because she hooked up with French basketball phenom, Tony Parker. She's pretty much treated like an A List star & by the looks of how prances around Cannes, it's more than obvious.
