Responding to Life & Style Weekly's claim that he's been stepping out on LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian has filed a defamation suit against the tabloid magazine. Legal papers filed by the actor state, "Since the separation from his wife, Eddie Cibrian has not had a romantic or sexual relationship with any woman other than Ms. Rimes."
